		<description>Oooh, this bread IS intriguing. I&#039;ve made several loaves with oatmeal (haven&#039;t posted them yet) and I&#039;d love to try bread with steel cut oats. Btw, Dan Lepard&#039;s Honey Oat knots have cooked oatmeal and beer - for a totally earthy aroma.</description>
