Oooh, this bread IS intriguing. I’ve made several loaves with oatmeal (haven’t posted them yet) and I’d love to try bread with steel cut oats. Btw, Dan Lepard’s Honey Oat knots have cooked oatmeal and beer – for a totally earthy aroma.
