I think they’re staged pretty well, because they look incredible! I love the addition of currants and walnuts, it sounds like a wonderful flavor combination.

And it just goes to show you how you are learning to make things work because you been kneading dough!
These are artisan loaf, not misshapen, they are individual character! And these look like marvelous flavor! Excellent!

The bread looks very tasty – good idea to add the currants and walnuts. Very autumnal. I have this book but have not made bread from it yet.

Well they look pretty darn good from here, not misshapen at all. The crumb looks amazing with the fruit and nuts.

A true fall-flavour bread! Love the combination with walnuts and raisins in whole wheat, add a slice of aged farmers cheese…Yum!!
