Mmmm!!! Spanakopita is one of my favorites. You did a great job with the Filo. It always explodes into tiny crumbs on me. Still tastes good, but not nearly as elegant as yours.

I have that cookbook too and I was looking at that recipe earlier this week when I was deciding on what to make for our office potluck. I ended up making something else for the potluck but I will definitely try this very soon!

This is some pie. What a great main dish. It is beautiful, on top of everything.
