looks great–i love cardamom, too! with sliced fruit, at least yours cooked thru, and was not goo on the bottom.

i think slicing the plums is definitely the way to go….wish I’d thought of it! yours looks so yummy.

Thinly slicing the plums – I should definitely have done that. I really wanted a little plum in every bite, and that was the solution. Glad you liked it!

I made this when I first got the book and loved it. Don’t remember it being dry though. Beautiful the way you did the slices!

well i do agree about the semi-dryness situation going on around the edges.. but the parts around the plums were so incredibly moist and delicious!
