Looks great! I wish I’d left the ganache off because it really made the torte a bit too rich for me.

Maybe leaving the glaze off was the secret to a successful dessert. Because we didn’t enjoy this at all!

The inside texture of this is just gorgeous…how did you get that photo???? I tried, but could not get anything like this shot…wonderful job! Your torte looks perfect!

Beautiful close up of the torte…so moist and love seeing the bits of almond. I agree, this is definitely a keeper!
