No TWD This Week, But I’ll Be Back in Action Soon

I just returned from another business trip, so I didn’t have time to bake.  Heather of Sherry Trifle chose Fresh Ginger and Chocolate Gingerbread on page 212 of Baking: From My Home to Yours.  I love gingerbread, so I’m putting it on my “to-do” list for the future.  I’ll have a post up later on some wonderful parmesan-garlic rolls, and I’ll be back in TWD baking mode next week, when we make the famous World Peace Cookies.  To see how others tackled this week’s recipe, be sure to check out the TWD blogroll.

I didn’t make this either this week as no one here was too excited about gingerbread and chocolate. It seems that a lot of others liked it, however!
