Boo to MRIs – I hope your knees cooperate!
In response to your question about the strawberries in my buttercream — I used about 1/2 lb pureed in the cuisinart. I’d consider it a trial and error process as the sweetness can vary so much!
Oooo, take care of the knees! Cakes can wait or be brought in to you!
