I just returned from another business trip, so I didn’t have time to bake. Heather of Sherry Trifle chose Fresh Ginger and Chocolate Gingerbread on page 212 of Baking: From My Home to Yours. I love gingerbread, so I’m putting it on my “to-do” list for the future. I’ll have a post up later on some wonderful parmesan-garlic rolls, and I’ll be back in TWD baking mode next week, when we make the famous World Peace Cookies.
